poor cleanliness

oh, where do I even start? the breakfast room was an absolute chaotic mess, and I really expected more from such a so-called fancy hotel. on top of that, my room was still dirty from the last guest. I almost gave a good review, but I was charged for gluten-free nonsense when I just wanted a simple salad. such a disappointment!

would love to come back here some time.

The room had a flat-screen TV, minibar, and superb view of the lake and rooftops. It was spacious and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choices, including the best pistachio croissant! The hotel had great amenities, like soundproofing and air conditioning. The staff were super helpful and accommodating.
